FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Imaging Office Systems, a Ft. Wayne-based technology company, announces the hiring of Connor Burgess as a data management executive. Imaging Office Systems delivers fully scalable data management, digital transformation, and cloud services solutions to a wide range of business customers, and Burgess will be instrumental in building new relationships with all types of organizations in the Ft. Wayne and surrounding areas. Burgess comes to Imaging Office Systems from MedPro Group in Ft. Wayne, where he served as new business producer.
“Joining Imaging Office Systems was a fantastic next step for me in my career,” says Burgess. “I had built the foundation of a sales career during my tenure at MedPro and wanted to expand on that with a company that was heading in a similar growth trajectory. Burgess was born and raised in Ft. Wayne and attended the University of Saint Francis, where he completed his bachelor’s degree and MBA in just four years. During that time, he also served as an assistant coach with 
the USF football team, which he helped win two NAIA national championships in 2016 and 2017.
“Connor played one year of football here for me…and the brilliant young man that he was, after that season was over, he told me he wanted to step away from the game…but I told him I wasn’t going to let him go, and that I didn’t want him to walk away from the program,” said Kevin Donley, USF head football coach. “I wanted his involvement with our football team, so I got him to stay on and work as my personal assistant, and he also helped us coach the offensive line. In addition, he was involved in the book I wrote as well as speaking engagements I had…he was quite an entrepreneur. After he graduated, I was lucky enough to convince him to stay on for one more year with me as he pursued his MBA. If you have Connor Burgess, you have a goldmine there. That young man is a winner. I’d love to have him back!”

Outside of work, Connor enjoys following his favorite sports teams (Colts, USF Cougars, Carroll H.S. Chargers, Blackhawks, and Ft. Wayne Komets), maintaining an active lifestyle at the local YMCA, and traveling whenever he gets the chance. He also has a cat named Chirpy and has plans to adopt a dog in the near future.
