Clients have on-demand access to records physically or digitally. Using a secure Internet interface, file requests can be viewed without ever leaving your desk and can be delivered in a variety of electronic formats. Requests for archived records that used to take days are completed in hours or less, if required.

Secure Certified Destruction Services
In addition to storage services, IOS provides plant-based (off-site) NAID certified shedding services. In addition to bulk shredding, we offer a variety of security containers for the collection of materials between service dates. We destroy all types of film, CDs, diskettes and tapes as well as provide computer hard drive destruction and recycling services for computers and other electronic equipment. Services can be provided on a recurring frequency or on an on-call basis with schedules based on the client’s needs.
